Valentino Las Vegas has received numerous awards including the esteemed DiRoNA (Distinguished Restaurants of North America) Award of Excellence. Valentino has also received the prestigious Grand Award from Wine Spectator annually since 2002 and The James Beard Foundation honored the acclaimed executive chef, Luciano Pellegrini, as Best Chef in the Southwest in 2004. In addition, Valentino has received six Las Vegas Life Epicurean Awards for Best Italian Restaurant and a 2007 Las Vegas Life Epicurean Award for Best Wine List.
For that lasting impression, the wine cellar at Valentino can offer a choice of more than 2,000 wines from all over the world with a primary focus on Italy, California and France. The delectable menu is a culmination of the finest in ingredients imported straight from Italy. Designed by Pellegrini, the seasonal menu includes enticing pasta dishes and lavish main courses. Valentino Las Vegas is located in the Venetian Hotel & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. The Grill at Valentino opens daily at 11:30 a.m. for lunch and the restaurant is available for business functions during the day. For meetings and special events, six private dining rooms are available with audio/visual capabilities. Valentino’s fine dining room opens for dinner at 5:30 p.m. daily.
